The Manchester Waters scheme is regenerating a former 26-acre dockland site, Pomona Island.
Manchester Waters will provide the initial phase for the transformational Pomona Island development, comprising 546 high quality residential units set on the riverside.
A number of the apartments benefit from the large roof overhang offering shade in the height of summer, fully opening windows and sliding doors avoid overheating issues and create an improved air exchange.
