A  22 storey tower that will deliver 336 apartments with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 beds. The scheme will create a beacon for the edge of Liverpool’s city centre.
An integral part of the design are the sustainable elements, including green roofs, recycled rainwater, solar panels and internal light filled areas that minimise the need for electric lighting.
The elevation is formed with double height glazing modules with projecting surrounds.
