The Drive to Net Zero is here and is being integrated into building procurement throughout all sectors.
The Drive to Net Zero is here and is being integrated into building procurement throughout all sectors. ‘Net Zero’ can mean a number of different things.

You may be required to provide:
  • A Net Zero ‘A’ rated EPC certificate

  • An Off Grid solution, zero energy and/ or zero carbon building, or

  • UKGB Net Zero – construction, or

  • UKGBC Net Zero - Carbon Energy Performance, or

  • UKGBC Net Zero - Operational Carbon
