Redbank Northern Gateway
Manchester
A significant residential-led development connecting the north to the centre of Manchester. The project is led by a Far East Consortium and Manchester City Council.
A transformative project turning a part of Manchester into a set of unique neighbourhoods.
Red Bank’s unique landscape and river setting make the neighbourhood perfect for a residential-led, high-density development – all set in a green valley. Key to the personality of the area, the Red Bank Viaduct will continue to offer a home to retail businesses, while forming part of a recreational public space.
It is one of the first seven neighbourhoods being regenerated as part of the £4 billion Victoria North project, which is one of the largest in the UK and expected to build 15,000 new houses over the next decade.
